On average, your stand will be ready to be set up at the fair within 3-6 weeks after the brief. Stand size, number of floors and custom details may affect this timeline. We also offer accelerated production options for urgent projects.

We prepare a transparent, itemized quote based on stand square meters, number of floors, materials (wood, metal, plexi, LED, etc.), lighting, furniture and audio-visual equipment. No hidden costs.

Yes. We offer turnkey services at international fairs, especially in Europe and the Middle East, including customs, international shipping and coordination with local installation teams.

Both options are possible depending on your needs. If you attend more than one fair per year, we recommend modular, reusable stands. For one-time special concepts, we also produce unique, single-use designs.

For accepted projects, 3D concept design and renders are included in the service fee. For concept-only work, terms are set on a per-project basis.

Yes. Upon request, we store your stand in our own warehouse and set it up again at the next fair, so you don't face full production costs for every fair.
